RETURNS & REFUNDS
Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If there is an issue with your product, please contact us to discuss resolutions.
Returning an Item
You may return an item for a refund within 30 days of delivery. If a return is requested, the item MUST be picked up within 72 business hours.
Before you return the item, please call us at 1-888-678-2060 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and request a Return Authorization #.
Upon receipt and inspection, a refund will be credited to you within 5 -10 business days.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping an item back is the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping amount will be deducted from the refund amount. These items are large and HEAVY, shipping can range from $150 - $300 USD per item. Please keep this in mind when deciding to purchase.
If returned items are not in satisfactory condition, only a partial refund will be given at our discretion.

What if My Order Arrives Damaged?
We package all of our products well so they arrive on your doorstep in perfect condition. Each box is designed to fit and protect items during shipping. If an item does arrive damaged or with parts missing, please notify us immediately and we will provide further instruction.
